One downside is that their full-service model may feel less flexible if you only need minimal help for a very small move. In those cases, the 3-hour minimum can feel limiting.
Nonetheless, their biggest advantage is their transparent rates. A 2-mover crew with a truck starts at $129 per hour, 3 movers cost $159 per hour, and 4 movers run $199 per hour, all with a 3-hour minimum.
