“I’ve been practicing at Yoga Deck for a few weeks. It is a great studio. First, it is not “hot yoga.” I know some people love hot yoga, but I do not like it. The semi-outdoor environment is very refreshing with fresh air. I’ve had several instructors and they have all been good and take their jobs seriously. Most classes that I have been to use longer poses with a concentration on doing it right over doing it quickly and being mindful while engaging in practice. This is yoga how it should be done. By the way, I have a monthly subscription with 4 classes per month. I do Yoga once per week at a very reasonable price that works out to $15/class.”

Great place to do group fitness that’s not too overwhelming. Power Flow classes are my favorite, Hot YB is challenging but a good cleanse every now and then, and the recover and restore are great for mental resets and relaxing stretches. The sculpt classes can be challenging but you always feel good after any of these classes,”
