Overall, I had a pleasant experience
Friend of mine recommended this place when my laptop wouldn’t boot up. Got a fairly quick diagnostic and was told my SSD was in bad shape. Sam replaced it for me and the labor plus replacement cost about $180. Couldn’t get any data out of the original drive but Sam was very kind to offer other places that could do data recovery. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and very happy to have my laptop in working condition again.
