Laser Cliniqúe is a premier medical spa overseen by its founder and medical director, Dr. P. Alexander Ataii. They use the advanced PiQo4 laser system, which is incredibly effective because it uses four different wavelengths to target deep ink.
I spoke with a regular here who mentioned that this tech cleared her stubborn black ink in about 40% fewer sessions than her previous clinic. The system is also particularly safe for all skin tones, reducing the risk of discoloration.
We see this clinic as a great spot if you’re looking for other aesthetic improvements, such as dermal fillers in San Diego, during the same visit.
However, keep in mind that they close early on Saturdays. If you work a standard nine-to-five, those Saturday morning slots become prime real estate and can be very difficult to snag on short notice.

The technicians here are very skilled at breaking down ink into tiny particles without damaging the surrounding tissue. Plus, they really focus on maintaining a low-pain environment, which is a relief if you’re nervous about the sensation.
I appreciate their automated text and email reminders, which help you stay on top of the multi-session schedule required for full removal.
One thing to consider, however, is that they lean heavily on the PicoSure system. While it’s powerful, it may not be as versatile as a clinic that uses a mix of four or five different laser types for every single session.

I have had laser tattoo removal at other facilities and the standard of care is much higher at South Coast Med Spa. I honestly can’t recommend their office enough.
