The process at Enterprise at the San Diego Airport was smooth and easy and pleasant. The staff were great picking up and returning. I reserved a convertible, figuring I would get a Mustang or a Chrysler Sebring, and they had two convertibles left, a white BMW and a gray BMW, so we chose thw white one and very much enjoyed our ride for four days.
