Best Reflexology in San Diego for Targeted Treatment

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Service Variety and Depth: We looked for spas that offer a solid range of foot and hand therapies specifically designed to target your health goals. This ensures you get a true therapeutic experience rather than just a basic surface-level rub.

Pricing and Package Value: It was important to find places that keep things affordable while still offering high-quality work. We prioritized spots with great session rates and those helpful multi-session packages for the regulars.

Technique and Specialization: We focused on locations where the staff really understands the science of pressure points and vital energy zones. This is key for actually boosting circulation and melting away stress effectively.

Ease of Access: Finding a spot should be easy, so we checked for convenient locations and straightforward booking processes. We also looked for places that can accommodate walk-ins for those last-minute "I need to relax" moments.

Environment and Vibe: The setting makes a huge difference in how much you actually relax during your treatment. We sought out clean, peaceful environments that help you disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.

If your feet are constantly barking after a long day of walking the Gaslamp Quarter or you just need to clear some serious mental fog, finding the best reflexology in San Diego is an absolute lifesaver.

It’s honestly one of those things you don’t realize you need until you’re finally sitting in a comfy chair while someone works out all that built-up tension in your arches.

Whether you’re a stressed-out professional or just a wellness fan looking for a natural boost, these local spots offer some of the most targeted, relaxing pressure point therapy you can find. I’ve put together a list of the top places that really know how to get your energy flowing again.

How much does reflexology cost in San Diego?

An average hour-long session usually sets you back about $40 to $80, while a quick 30-minute fix lands around the $30 to $45 range.

Service TypePrice Range
30-Minute Reflexology$30 – $45
60-Minute Reflexology$40 – $80

Hours: Daily: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

If you find yourself stuck in the busy Gaslamp Quarter and your feet are starting to protest, this spot is a total hidden gem for a quick escape. Happy Head is a fantastic place for tourists or locals who need a high-convenience, high-impact session right in the heart of the city.

They make things incredibly simple by offering walk-in sessions, so you don’t have to deal with the headache of memberships or long-term contracts.

They’re really well-known for their unique 4-hand massage options that use ancient Asian techniques to tackle deep-seated tension.

Plus, they have a “Buy 10 Get 2 Free” deal, which is pretty sweet if you work nearby.

The only real downside is that because it’s so central, the clinic can get a bit crowded with hotel guests during the busy vacation season.

Pros

  • No contracts required
  • Walk-ins welcome daily
  • 4-hand massage options
  • Bulk session discounts

Cons

  • High tourist traffic

Such a great experience

I had a foot reflexology and body massage session today, and it was absolutely incredible. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the calming, tranquil atmosphere, everything was perfect! My masseuse was so thorough and attentive – I felt completely relaxed and in good hands the whole time. Such a great experience from start to finish!

Exceptional service

Great service, relaxing atmosphere! The moment I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who delivered an exceptional service, her name is kyra. That set the time for me. I did two massages , deep tissue and the popular Asian style reflexology. I was pleased with my massage. Thanks Mia for a great massage!!

2. SD Massage Spa Reflexology

Website: https://www.sdmassagespa.com/

Address: 3593 5th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103

Contact: (619) 299-5555

Hours: Daily: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Located in a super convenient part of town, SD Massage Spa Reflexology specializes in therapeutic foot reflexology that goes way beyond a standard foot rub. They focus on stimulating those vital energy zones to help your whole body feel more balanced.

One thing I love is that they include hot stone therapy and premium essential oils for free with their foot sessions, which is such a nice bonus for your circulation.

If you have been spending your mornings doing hot yoga in San Diego, this is the perfect follow-up to keep those muscles feeling loose.

The environment is incredibly tranquil and clean, with chairs that are actually comfortable enough for a long 75-minute treatment.

Just keep in mind that they don’t offer that specific 75-minute reflexology length if you decide to bundle it into one of their combination packages.

Pros

  • Free hot stone therapy
  • Therapeutic oil inclusion
  • Clean, quiet atmosphere
  • Very ergonomic seating

Cons

  • No 75-min combo

A great find in Hillcrest

This was my first time and I got the 60 minute massage plus 30 minutes of reflexology. I am definitely coming back. Jack was able to pinpoint my lower back issues and find other spots on my upper back that were related to the lower back problems.

I definitely recommend adding on reflexology. I didn’t realize how tight my feet were until I was walking out and noticed my arches didn’t hurt anymore.

A great find in Hillcrest and there’s a parking lot behind the building. With all the construction going on around here, that’s a huge plus.

My feet feel so much better

I booked a last minute massage here today because it is very close to home and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is very warm and welcoming and gave me a wonderful massage. I received a half hour upper body massage and a half hour of foot reflexology. My feet feel so much better! He took such great care. If you live in the Hillcrest, Bankers Hill area I recommend you check it out!

3. Happy Spa

Website:https://happyspa.top888site.com/

Address: 6956 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115

Contact: 626-7134525

Hours: Daily: 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM

I popped into Happy Spa a few weeks ago after a particularly brutal week of writing, and the level of focus they have is seriously impressive. They’re all about precision, using targeted point pressure on your feet to promote wellness from head to toe.

They use specific lower-extremity techniques that are designed to relieve deep tension in places you didn’t even know were tight. It’s a very no-nonsense, effective approach that left me feeling way more energized than when I walked in.

The place itself is a very quiet, calming retreat on El Cajon Blvd that feels worlds away from the noise of the main streets.

However, you should know that their style is very concentrated on pressure points, so don’t expect those long, gliding strokes you’d get in a typical lotion-based massage. It’s much more about the deep therapeutic work than a superficial rub.

Pros

  • Precise pressure points
  • Promotes body balance
  • Calming, quiet retreat
  • Deep tension relief

Cons

  • No broad, gliding strokes, unlike typical lotion-based massage

The masseuse I got is very good

I had my reflexology massage done here. I bought a Groupon voucher for 30 mins of massage.

Pros – the masseuse I got is very good! He was able to massage out any stress lumps and trigger points on my feet. The prices are great with the service you get. They take cards as well.

Cons – limited parking in the back of the building. The place is not big and they have employees who speak little English.

This is by far the best

I love this place! I’ve been to many foot reflexology massage places in San Diego and this is by far the best! It’s super clean, there’s no hidden cost and everyone that works there is respectful and friendly! I typically get the $20 massage foot massage. I typically tip anywhere between $5 to $10.

4. Happy Foot Massage

Website: https://www.happyfootmassages.com/

Address: 4685 Convoy St #140., San Diego, CA 92111

Contact: (858) 226 5696

Hours: Daily: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

If you like a bit of variety in your sessions, Happy Foot Massage on Convoy is a fantastic choice because they blend traditional Chinese foot treatments with table-based bodywork.

Every session starts off with a traditional foot soak, which is honestly the best way to switch your brain into “off” mode. They also include work on your head, arms, and shoulders as part of the foot service, so you really get a lot for your money.

I think their extended hours until 11:00 PM are a massive plus for anyone who works odd hours or just needs a late-night stress reliever. It’s a great spot if you want a longer session, with options that go all the way up to two hours.

The only downside is they don’t really have a “quick” 30-minute option, so you have to be ready to commit to at least an hour of relaxation.

Pros

  • Foot soak included
  • Open until 11:00 PM
  • Head and arm work too
  • Great value packages

Cons

  • No 30-minute sessions

Amazing job

I’ve been coming here for a year with my wife, I get my hour foot massage with David he does an amazing job if you like “strong” pressure and of course make sure to tip them well

Very good

I always get the one hour foot massage which is half hour foot and half hour body massage. This is the perfect combination for me. The massage specialist knows how to adjust the pressure so that it’s effective and not painful. I’ve had different massage therapists there. They are all very good.

They also have free parking for visitors. If you visit Convoy street often you’d know that parking is hard to find.

5. Cascade Spa

Website: http://www.cascadethespa.com/

Address: 3838 5th Ave, San Diego, 92103

Contact: 619-542-9778

Hours: Mon–Thu: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Fri–Sun: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

My friend and I visited Cascade Spa recently, and it really feels like a fancy resort-style hideaway right in the middle of Hillcrest. They have all these lavish amenities like dry saunas and body polish treatments that make the whole experience feel like a luxury getaway.

Their reflexology is very comprehensive, and they even offer unique Ionic Detox foot baths alongside the standard pressure point work. You can also add on some CBD (Cannabidiol) oil if you really want to lean into that relaxation vibe.

It’s definitely one of the more upscale options in town, and you can really feel the difference in the service.

That said, the only annoying part of the visit is the parking; you have to find very specific numbered spots and get them validated to avoid a ticket. Anyway, if you can handle the parking puzzle, the actual spa experience is absolutely top-notch.

Pros

  • Upscale resort feel
  • Ionic Detox bath options
  • CBD oil add-ons
  • Full spa amenities

Cons

  • Complicated parking

Absolutely amazing

What a great experience! We found this gem on vacation…we wanted a couples massage/spa experience! We got the pearl package I believe and it was absolutely amazing and worth the expense! We went from a steam room, to sauna, to a jacuzzi, all while sipping a bubbly drink. Then we had this bath where they scrubbed us and applied an oil, then a reflexology massage with mini facial and scalp massage! After that we had an hour long full body massage! The ambiance was great and just an overall great experience!

The reflexology was great

This place is the best! The massage was amazing, the reflexology was great, and we did the couples Stay-cation package which allowed for time in the steam room and Himalayan salt sauna which honestly was the icing on the cake.

Also, being able to take a shower after a massage, and not leave greasy or oily is so much better than feeling like you have to run home after. Definitely our new spot.
