Wowowowow. My favourite omakase, and I’ve had many. I haven’t felt this level of happiness and excitement in an omakase since my first one.
This place knocks it out of the park and is tied for my favorite meal ever. The food is unparalleled and each dish is prepared with such care. The flavours are powerful but not overpowering. They melt in your melt and combine into such splendid experiences.

Very straightforward approach to omakase here at Kinme. Familiar ingredients, approachable things, delicate flavors. We had the summer menu which was highlighted by fresh lemon and wasabi. Various fish and clam dishes, some uni, wagyu, and a little bit of octopus accompanied miso this and dashi that, shiso and ginger made an appearance also as well as some corn. This salt, that pepper, some zest, every course was good and some were great. It was all very summertime. I enjoyed it!

Spectacular Meal and Delicious Yubadofu
What a wonderful time we had. The only complaints was that our reservation was at 8:15pm and didnt get sat until about 8:45.
My 2 favorites were Yubadofu and the Toro. The ice cream was unreal as well. So delicious. The entire meal was pretty spectacular. We got the Omakase nigiri and it was definitely the right choice. We left full and satiated.

My husband and I were able to get a fast reservation with the Quick Omakase Experience. The experience was ~ 1 hour.
This was our second visit (first one was the full omakase, several years ago).
Majority of the group was already seated for a full Omakase experience. Chef TJ served us at a great pace even though we had a slightly different menu than the rest.
Fish was fresh and there was an option to add on more nigiri at the end.
Chef TJ and staff were kind and refilled my tea throughout the night.

Private seating, good tempo of food. Each chef only focuses on about four people. They staff is very attentive. I would strongly recommend this establishment for sushi and food enthusiasts. I can see why they had a Michelin mention. The intention and care behind the preparations were exhibited in the execution of our delicious Omakase dinner. I would fly back down just to eat here again. Our chef was knowledgeable and carefully crafted our pieces. Each piece was perfectly balanced with distinct flavors between the bites.
