I spoke with a friend whose son had a hearing test there, and she said the staff stayed patient and gentle throughout the appointment.
Plus, their dedicated audiology clinic is also convenient when hearing loss needs to be checked quickly. Their affiliations with Rady Children’s Hospital and Sharp Grossmont add another layer of reassurance.
The catch is location and scheduling since the office is in La Mesa and follows weekday hours with a midday break. It may take extra planning for families coming from central San Diego.

Dr. Moles is an excellent ENT. He listens carefully and performs procedures very well. I never feel that he is ordering or doing unnecessary procedures or tests. He quickly can get me in for an appointment if I have a new or concerning issue. He has helped me a great deal with a particular condition with kindness and expert care.

For starters, Dr. Marsha Reuther and the team cover otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, pediatric care, adult care, and facial rejuvenation.
I also liked seeing advanced hearing support here, including hearing aids and osseointegrated devices, or surgically anchored devices.
Their audiologist’s Mayo Clinic residency training adds credibility for patients who need more than a basic hearing check.
I visited the Regents Park Row location to ask about audiological solutions, and the office felt polished and professional. I just found it inconvenient that new patients must complete several forms before their appointment and that there are no weekend hours.

After suffering for well over two weeks with a gushing bloody nose, one trip to the ER, and one trip to urgent care, I found Dr. Arnell. Bedside manner absolutely impeccable, soothing calm voice, and made everything easy to understand. He found the problem and painlessly cauterized the area.
